Town Hall Link GLS is a 99-year leasehold white site in Jurong Lake District, District 22, currently open for developer tender. URA launched it on 3 July 2026 and sets the closing time at 12 noon on 17 November 2026. It is a mixed-use land sale, not an announced condo launch. The main land parcel measures 37,227.7 sqm, with maximum gross floor area of 186,139 sqm. The conditions require at least 40,000 sqm of office space and between 20,000 sqm and 44,000 sqm of retail space. Residential GFA is capped at 126,000 sqm, including up to 102,000 sqm for flats, estimated to accommodate up to 1,200 homes, and up to 24,000 sqm for serviced apartments. These are planning limits, not an approved unit mix. URA’s plans provide for pedestrian linkages to Jurong East MRT and the future Jurong Lake District Cross Island Line station. The development also includes requirements for a supermarket, food court and childcare space. Those requirements do not mean the amenities or links are operating today.
